     Abstract Template

Background and Objectives

In order to enhance the development of the atmospheric science, promote international exchanges, organize regional activities in the field of meteorology studies and create a academic exchange platform for meteorological societies of China, Korea and Japan to be better known in East Asian countries, and enhance the friendship among the meteorologists of the three countries, the Chinese Meteorological Society (CMS), the Korean Meteorological Society (KMS), and the Meteorological Society of Japan (MSJ) strengthen the cooperation and exchanges closely on the basis of equal benefits. Based on the mutural agreement, five international conferences have been held in the past:
1. First China-Korea-Japan Joint Conference on Meteorology, 13-14 May 2005, Tokyo, Japan.
2. Second Korea-Japan-China Joint Conference on Meteorology, 11-13 October 2006, KINTEX, Goyang, Korea.
3. Third China-Korea-Japan Joint Conference on Meteorology, 13-16 November 2007, Beijing, China.
4. Fourth Japan-China-Korea Joint Conference on Meteorology, 26-28 May 2009, Tsukuba, Japan.
5. Fifth Korea-Japan-China Joint Conference on Meteorology, 24-26 October 2011, Busan, Korea.
Here, we cordially invite you to participate in the Sixth China-Korea-Japan Joint Conference on Meteorology in this beautiful autumn in China’s historical city, Nanjing.
