各位专家:

为积极推进实施国家“一带一路”重大倡议，加强同东南亚、热带太平洋、印度洋等海上丝绸之路国家和地区在海洋、气象方面的科技交流与合作，中国气象学会曾庆存院士、丁一汇院士和王会军院士等有关专家倡议于2016年4月6-9日在广东省广州市召开“热带气象与海洋科学技术国际研讨会”，邀请海上丝绸之路周边国家和国内部分知名专家学者参加研讨。

此次会议主题为“热带气象与海洋科技合作”，会议拟由一个主会场及热带极端天气监测和预报、热带海洋灾害监测预报与卫星资料应用、季风变异与气候预测三个分会场组成，预计会议规模200人左右。

本次研讨会由中国科协国际联络部、中国国际科技会议中心共同主办；中国气象学会、国家海洋环境预报中心、中国科学院大气物理研究所、中国科学院南海海洋研究所、国家气候中心、国家卫星气象中心、国家气象中心、中国气象科学研究院、广东省气象局、CAS-TWAS center of excellence for climate and Environment Sciences等协办。诚邀您参会，会议相关事项如下：

四、参会论文摘要及要求

（一）申请参会的发言代表需要提前提交论文英文摘要（注明分会场），经遴选后进行日程安排。

（二）论文英文摘要格式请参考附件1。

（三）提交时间及方式：请于3月15日前将论文摘要用电子邮件发至各分会场联系人处（同时也请在大会注册系统中提交,大会网站http://ciccst.org.cn/istmmst）。

五、注册及收费

（一）  本次会议交通、食宿自理。

（二）  会议将收取注册费，注册费用为1200元。注册费主要用于支付会场租赁、会议资料等费用，请于报到当日在接待处交付。
